Stephanie McCutcheon is an innovative healthcare leader, highly skilled at architecting strategies focused on organizational transformation for multibillion dollar healthcare organizations. With over 30 years of experience, she has served organizations such as Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) as the President and CEO; Bon Secours Health System in Maryland as the COO; and SSM Health as the President, former MJP and a Board member.
In 2010, with a distinctive combination of Health Systems experience, Stephanie made the decision to pursue opportunities that would blend her skills as a collaborator, innovator, and advisor with her strategy, operations, and financial expertise, in order to provide broader thought leadership to the larger healthcare community. Today, she is the CEO of the Health Employer Exchange (HEE). She serves as an executive advisor and board member to many well-known Health System Organizations and partners alike.

Jay McCutcheon is an executive advisor and Principal at Health Employer Exchange focusing on improving health and well-being for employees through the HEE model targeted at behavioral health, enhanced results for employees, digital application assessments, onsite employee clinics, and the application of new technologies. Each of the participants and partners have developed programs , services and digital systems for their internal programs and in some cases for sale to other employers and health and wellness companies.
Jay’s professional journey is steeped in healthcare supported by his experience as a Principal at KPMG, Vice President of Medicus Systems, Senior Executive at Graduate Hospital at University of Pennsylvania, a Principal in an HIE facilities management company, and currently a consultant to HIEs for product development and sustainability models, enterprise physician network options and connectivity models.

Elizabeth began working with the Health Employer Exchange in May 2019. She obtained a Bachelor of Sciences in Health Sciences from James Madison University and for several years was employed as a chiropractic and administrative assistant in Savannah, GA. Working with the HEE allows her to broaden her understanding of healthcare in the US and how it can be modified to improve the health of the people it serves. One of the facets she enjoys most about the job is learning how broad the healthcare field is and how many different roles and styles of leadership go into keeping people healthy. She shares the HEE’s passion for exploring new ways to decrease the effects of chronic disease and increase the accessibility of healthy whole foods and engaging ways to stay active.
