Creating a culture of health

Our passion is building effective partnerships between work life and individual care in order to ensure healthier lives for the future. We derive value for the employee through process excellence and purposeful results targeted at reducing the burden of chronic disease, healthcare costs, and increasing overall well-being satisfaction.

By creating a culture of health in the workplace, we are empowering employers to create a workplace culture that supports health improvement.

OUR AUDIENCE FOCUS AREAS

Employees Health Plans

Addressing the affordability and accessibility of preventative care and treatments has long lasting impact in the workforce. We work with employers to design health plans focused on addressing the specific needs and barriers that may exist in the community to create a culture of health that employees can bring outside of the work place.

Workers’ Compensation

Our team works with employers to explore improvements to Workers Compensation policies so that employees have the most positive experience possible during their journey seamlessly from injury to recovery. By ensuring there are systems in place to facilitate an employee’s quick recovery employers save money through decreased absenteeism and decreased employee turnover while demonstrating to their employees that they are the most valuable asset of the organization.

Mental Health & Addiction

By improving employee access to mental health and addiction treatments, employers create an environment that increases the impact of wellness programs. Mental healthcare can be expensive, but costs can be made very manageable with the right protocols and delivery systems in place. Our team works with employers to create an environment of success and caring for employees in all dimensions of their health.
