The Health Employer Exchange was founded in 2012 in collaboration with leading healthcare delivery systems, to guide the design and development of value-based care delivery models.
Our advisory team and collaboration partners embody critical-thinking and promote honest dialogue. It is a safe place for healthcare executives to exchange ideas and share knowledge — where questions are as important as answers. We embrace a continuous learning environment to promote what works and to uncover new opportunities for improvement.
Our Participant Collective
It is the collective participants including leading healthcare systems who convene, share, and replicate the Health Employer Exchange Value-Based Care Model to demonstrate success. It was designed in collaboration with UCLA Health and Bon Secours Virginia Health System centered around key principles and driven by metrics to validate the efficacy of the model. The outcome and success included reduced burden of chronic disease, reduced cost, and increased engagement and satisfaction.
